Flying Pole + wrist loop | Saturday, March 8, 2025 - 4:00 - 5:30 pm
Just when Flying Pole couldn’t get more compelling we add…the wrist loop! Students will learn moves that utilise the wrist loop from both the floor and air to add another gorgeous dimension to the flying pole experience. They will use these moves to create a personal sequence all their own. Some experience with pole dance and/or flying pole is suggested. The ability to invert isn’t mandatory but will allow the student to experience all of the workshop material. If you’re not sure if it’s a good fit please ask!
Please wear/bring close fitting leggings and shorts to work on both the chrome and silicone pole for optimum practice time. Also, please refrain from applying any creams and lotions the day of the workshop.
