Take a seat and explore a new apparatus- the Chair. Students will learn a choreographed dance using the floor and chair as our apparatus. Learn strong and sexy shapes to impress, tempt and tease. And have fun.
Appropriate clothing should be comfortable and close fitting ie. leggings or shorts, tank top or sleeved shirt. No experience required.
