Fall in Love with Flying Pole Workshop | Saturday, March 1, 2025 - 4:00 - 5:30 pm
Flying pole is a truly unique aerial apparatus that combines both fabric and bar skills that is both an acrobatic and beautiful dance art form. This multilevel workshop is perfect for students of all levels, very beginners on up! The workshop will focus on climbing, pole sits, pole poses, and inverted poses. And of course all with an added swing and spin! Students will combine these moves into a personal and creative sequence all their own.
Please wear/bring leggings and shorts to work on both the chrome and silicone pole for optimum practice time. Also, please refrain from applying any creams and lotions the day of the workshop.
