Flying Pole Choreography: THURSDAYS | 8:00 - 9:30 pm | October 10 - November 28 2024
EXPERIENCE NEEDED | Age 15 & Up
This is an Intermediate Flying Pole Choreography class. Ideally, it can be taken alongside the Flying Pole Class for in-depth and well-rounded flying pole training. Students will learn intermediate skills and sequences on flying pole including both floor work and wrist loop. They will then incorporate those skills into longer flows and routines with the intention of a short fully choreographed piece and performance at the end of the series. Intermediate Flying Pole requires pole experience and Coach approval for registration. Prerequisites are multiple solid invert from the floor, outside and inside leg hangs, repetitive pole climbs and climb overs. Not sure if this class is for you? Please email about requirements.

Due to limited class size, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE a make-up spot during the series. However, we will go out of our way to do what we can for you. We appreciate your understanding.
