Time to clean up your act.

Performance Prep is a hybrid class designed to improve the overall quality of students' performances (think student showcase routines).

We will be using the entire studio for each of these classes, more space, more time to dig into your performance persona!

We'll cover multiple aspects of professional circus performance, such as entering and exiting the stage with intention, facial expression and connecting with the audience, pacing, posture, toe pointing, act development and more.

Students in this class are guaranteed a spot, if they wish, in the October 5th 2024 student circus, 3pm all ages show or 7pm 18+ adults only show (students will be placed in the most appropriate show, at the Flyhouse discretion, based on their act). Please come with 1 to 3 minutes of prepared material on the apparatus you plan to perform on.

Fabric, hammock, lyra, trapeze, and flying pole can be utilized in this class however the performance skills you learn will translate to any apparatus.
