A workshop that finally answers the question, "what should I do with my hands?" In this workshop you'll be guided through a simple sequence on aerial sling with the goal of exploring all the beautiful shapes you can make within it. While you're in the air, your instructor will cue various postures and positions while another student takes pictures (only if you want!) so you can see what types of physicality and aesthetic most appeal to you.

Prerequisites: Must have some aerial hammock experience, and be able to mount unassisted
