This series is your 101 introduction to Lyra, also know as Aerial Hoop. The series will focus on proper technique and foundations necessary to become more competent and confident on the lyra. Students will practice mounts, dismounts, proper placement and balancing. Foundational moves and sequences will be emphasized to allow students to build a strong Lyra repertoire. No experience required!

A series is 8 Sessions.
Important! Everyone must sign a waiver before attending a session. Minors must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian before attending each session.
We will do our best to offer one make-up space during each eight-week series you are enrolled.
To be eligible for a make-up space, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice before your absence via: Text (313) 674-6424, email, or Studio Absence Sheet at the studio.
Due to limited class size, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE a make-up spot during the series. However, we will go out of our way to do what we can for you. We appreciate your understanding.
